It’s been a while since we posted our last Scope Music update and a ton has happened! While we launched the new Scope Apparel site and are getting ready to drop Spring 2017 Line, our family of music artists has been keeping busy blessing us with new work:
SPNDA‘s long anticipiated LP ‘Shards of Glass’ dropped January 27, 2017 with 10 tracks produced by Statik Selektah, Cyrus the Great and Hash Gordn with features from Guilty Simpson, Termanology, REKS, Chilla Jones, Juneyfe and April Stanford. The project is available on CD, iTunes, Amazon, Spotify, Google and UGHH. The project was released with 3 singles and so far 3 videos.
He has also been busy making appearances on other projects and stages notably Moe Pope’s latest Album ‘Torch Song’ on the track “I Can’t Breathe”, Superior’s ‘The Journey‘ and Bad Rabbits ‘American Nightmare‘ on “Push.” He then opened up their homecoming show with Grubby Pawz and CCR fam JuneLyfe. Speaking of Bad Rabbits, their latest project ‘American Nightmare’ has been making waves and rightly so. In 12 tracks the Bad Rabbits cover bold new and warmly familiar territory both sonicly and conceptually – touching on everything from state violence to love and pursuing your dreams. The project is available via iTunes, Google etc…
They just dropped a new live video for “Stalker”
The video for “Original” was filmed in a Boston Basement party and features some crowd surfing from Catch Wreck and other ScopeGang cameos.
Catch Wreck released his latest single “Bango” along with an interview at WEMF to introduce it and catch people up on what he’s been up to.
Chronic Tone released a smooth new single and accompanying visual “Champagna” and has been representing in Boston and Beyond in beat making competitions including the Master of the Machines Battle where he just advanced to the next round.
JuneLyfe has been making guest appearence on some classic projects including Al Divinio and Estee Nack’s “Ouija” Remix alongside Sean Rosati and on lord wavy Hus Kingpin’s “Wave Palooza” produced by Marco Polo.
With so much happening it seems like we’re forgetting something but stay tuned for further #ScopeMusic news!
