Scope 2 Year Recap

Friday, we finally had the Scope 2 Year party (aptly named “Better Late than Never”) at Kulturez in Harvard Square. The night was a celebration of not only 2+ years of Scope Urban Apparel, but recent the launch of the Grassroots Grind Blog. We were also raising funds for Occupy the Hood Boston #FeedTheHood (you can still donate online). The night featured performances from much of the team: Krash, TV Remi, High Key Random, MeTaL, Catch Wreck, O.T.O., and Cassius the 5th an the fam Kidd Fr3$h, Magno Garcia, GreyScale and M30 all came thru and rocked too. EvillDewer provided the sounds and the room was full of people, cameras and energy…

Rene Dongo, continuing in a tradition established last year when he filmed Catch Wreck‘s Music Video for “Spit It On Em” at the Scope 1 Year, came through, VHS cam in hand and made a video to capture the spirit of the event, and 2 years of Scope.

The video music is “Scope Anthem” by UNO the Prophet ft. JuneLyfe (produced by EvillDewer) off of the 1st Scope Tape.
