Again we have to start off by thanking everyone who made the Conscious Styles Occupy the Hood Boston Feed the Hood Can Drive / Fundraiser show the success it was. After working out a series of technical difficulties, the show got off to a late start, opened energetically by Sweatshop followed by Metal of True East Ent.. Retrospek, Pause and O.T.O proceeded to rock some of their signature joints, backed live by Sweatshop. Definitly a dope sound and something to look forward to more of. Sweatshop retruned to the stage to close out the night, bringing the event full circle. By the end of the night we raised a little over $400 for the Food Drive bringing the total raised between Conscious Kulturez and Conscious Styles to over $600 in cash and 2 boxes of canned, non-perishable food items.
